彩色多普勒超声在皮下软组织海绵状血管瘤中的诊断价值

目的 :探讨彩色多普勒超声在皮下软组织海绵状血管瘤中的诊断价值。方法 :16例海绵状血管瘤先用高频二维超声观察肿块大小、形态、内部回声 ,再用彩色多普勒观察周边及内部血流 ,最后再用加压法观察上述内容。结果 :16例海绵状血管瘤表现为 12例内部血流呈静脉频谱 ,4例呈动脉频谱 ,但流速较慢。5例周边见迂曲血管 ,4例为静脉 ,1例为动脉。上述方法使海绵状血管瘤易于与软组织肿块相鉴别。结论 :彩色多普勒超声为海绵状血管瘤的诊断提供了一个方便、有效方法 ,有重要的临床价值。

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging for Cavernous hemangioma in Subcutaneous Soft Tissue

Objective to evaluate the value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma in subcutaneous soft tissue. Methods shape and in-echolocation of 16 cases cavernous hemangioma were detected by high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound, the observed their blood flow of periphery and the internal in Color Doppler Ultrasound. At last observed and detected above contend with pressure. Results among 16 Cases cavernous hemangioma, 12 Cases were vein frequency spectrum, 4 Cases were artery frequency spectrum but blood flow is slow. Winding blood flow of periphery can be observed in 5 Cases cavernous hemangioma, 4 Cases were vein and 1 Case was artery. The cavernous hemangioma can be easy identified from other soft tissue tumor through the mentioned methods. Conclusion the Color Doppler Utrasound is convenient and effective in the diagnosis. It has important valuable in clinical diagnosis.
