医院院长从“专家管理”向“管理专家”转变再思考

当前,医院管理作为一门学科,单凭经验和热情已经不能胜任,必须认真研究和把握内在规律。医院院长从"专家管理"向"管理专家"的转变成为必然。本文结合实例,阐述了什么是医院院长职业化,医院院长职业化包含哪些具体指标,并就专家型院长在职业化转变中涉及的管理结构再造、人本管理、服务艺术等问题进行探讨,试图给出一些转变的途径。

Rethinking of Hospital Chief's transformation from "expert management" to "management expert"

To take the hospital management as a discipline,the only base of experience and warm has already been insufficient,and inherent rules must be studied and grasped.It is inevitable for hospital chief to transform from ＂expert management＂ to ＂management expert＂.This article unifies cases to describe what the professional hospital chief and its standard are.Meanwhile,questions of management structure re-building,human resource management and service method art in the transformation are discussed and some channels are provided for reference.
