中药茵陈退黄方剂促进新生儿黄疸消退的临床观察及护理

目的：观察中药茵陈退黄方剂对新生儿黄疸的影响,总结护理措施。方法：选择2008-08～2009-02在我院妇产科住院分娩的86例正常新生儿,随机分为实验组46例及对照组40例。实验组给予中药茵陈退黄汤口服,对照组给予葡萄糖水口服,两组均实施母婴同室新生儿护理。比较两组新生儿黄疸出现的时间、程度及高胆红素血症发生率。两组资料分析采用χ2或t检验。结果：实验组新生儿黄疸出现的时间、黄疸指数及高胆红素血症发生率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药茵陈退黄汤可有效促进正常新生儿黄疸的消退,减少新生儿病理性黄疸的发生。

The Clinical Observation and Nursing of Chinese Medicine Yinchen Soup in Promoting Neonatal Jaundice

Objective：To observe the effects of Yinchen soup on neonatal jaundice,summed up nursing care. Methods：Selected 86 cases of normal newborns in our hospital from Augest 2008 to February 2009. The cases were randomly enrolled into experimental group（46 cases） and the control group（ 40 cases）. the experimental group taken oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Yinchen soup,the control group taken Glucose water. two groups received same nursing care. We observed the time of neonatal jaundice occurs,the extent and rates of pediatric hospitalization. the data were analyzed by χ2 or t test. Results：compared with the control group,we found that the time of neonatal jaundice occurs,the extent and The incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in the experimental group were less than that of the control group. the difference was statistically significant （P 0. 05）. Conclusions：Chinese Medicine Yinchen soup can effectively promote neonatal jaundice subsided,reducing the incidence of neonatal jaundice.
