| 摘 要： | 白血病是造血系统的恶性肿瘤,造血干细胞增殖失控及正常凋亡机制的受抑或丧失在白血病的发生中起重要作用。白血病患者对多种药物耐受是其临床化疗失败的主要原因,除多药耐药基因mdr等作用外,阻止肿瘤免于经凋亡而致死亡能力的降低与临床MDR有密切关系。bcl-2是调控细胞凋亡的重要基因,在血细胞的发育、成熟和衰亡中有重要意义,并且参与了肿瘤的发生、发展和衍变过程。为了评估bcl-2在急性髓细胞白血病(AML)中治疗预测的作用,探讨其在临床化疗耐受的作用,本文采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测20例AML患者表达水平。

| Abstract: | To study expression of bcl-2 gene in acute myeloid leukemia (AMD and its clinical significance, the bcl-2 gene expression level of 20 cases of AML was analyzed by RT-PCR. Results showed that expression of bcl-2 gene in cases of AML was generally higher than that of the control group, the level of bcl-2 in AML-M3 was lower than that of others of FAB subtype, and only 7 of 13 (53. 8%) bcl-2 versus 6 of 7 (85.5%) bcl-2-cases achieved remission. It was concluded that increased expression of bcl-2 in acute leukemia is associated with a poor initial response to chemotherapy. |
