| 摘 要： | 目的研究胰岛素抵抗(IR)与急性脑梗死之间的关系。方法比较53例急性脑梗死患者与50例健康对照者的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)有无差异。结果急性脑梗死组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR与对照组比较均有显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗死中存在IR。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between insulin resistance and acute cerebral infarction. Methods Discussed the differences of FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR between 53 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction and 50 patients of control group. Results There were significant differences in FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR （P〈0.01） between acute cerebral infarction and control group. Conclusion IR exists in acute cerebral infarction. |
