入境劳务人员健康状况评估

〔目的〕通过对舟山口岸出入境远洋劳务人员HIV和性病感染情况的调查,分析此类疾病的流行特点。对出入境远洋劳务人员实施一系列的干预措施,寻找具有针对性的干预方法。〔方法〕对2004—2007年上半年远洋劳务人员的HIV和性病感染情况进行监测。对分为干预组和对照组的劳务人员分别进行横向和纵向比较,利用统计软件进行数据分析。〔结果〕相对对照组而言,干预组的知晓率和高危行为发生率都有显著变化,虽然未使其改变多性伴的生活方式,但从监测结果来看,在知晓率、高危行为习惯改变方面取得了一定效果。〔结论〕通过对出入境远洋劳务人员高危行为的干预研究发现,单因素的性病、艾滋病知识宣传教育并不能对艾滋病、性病的预防控制产生决定性的影响,而多种干预并行,有针对性地对高危人群实施有效的行为干预措施,才能遏制性传播疾病的进一步蔓延,以达到有效地控制此类疾病流行的目的。

Evaluation on Health Status among Entry Ocean-going Labors

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristic and infections of HIV and sexual transmitted diseases （STD） among ocean-going labors at Zhoushan port, and to explore series of effective intervention measures to control of HIV/STD spreading. Method HIV/STD surveillance was conducted among ocean-going labors who enter and exit our country during 2004-2007. A comparative study was conducted between the intervention and control groups, and the statistics software was used for data analysis. Result It was found that the knowledge coverage rate was greatly improved, and frequency of high risk behavior in study group was reduced significantly, even the number of multi-sexual partner has not yet reduced. Conclusion It was found that HIV/STD knowledge publicity alone could not get an crucial effect on HIV/STD prevention. Only multiple-measures of behavioral intervention and tailored preventive strategies taken can effectively prevent the spread of the HIV/STD.
