| 摘 要： | 人群关系理论揭示了工作环境及人际作用下人的重要心理品质，将人群关系理论应用于临床教学与管理，承认实习医生是社会人，满足实习医生的社会需求，将对激发实习医生学习动机、提高学习效率和综合素质起到积极作用。
