| 摘 要： | 目的 研究SARS患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平。方法 用流式细胞术对7例SARS患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行系列检测，并选择27名HIV感染者、5名急性腮腺炎和7名麻疹患者作疾病对照，另选20名健康者作正常对照。结果 SARS患者CD3、CD4和CD8绝对数显著低于疾病对照和正常对照；但CD4百分率偏高、CD8百分率偏低，CD4／CD8比值显著高于疾病对照组。疾病日期与T淋巴细胞亚群结果密切正相关。另外，SARS患者CD3^ CD4^ CD8^ 淋巴细胞百分率明显增高。结论 SARS患者T淋巴细胞水平低下。

| Abstract: | Objective The goals of this study were examine the levels of T lyphocytes in patients with Severe Acute Respiratory Sydrome(SARS).Methods we examined T lymphocytes in peripheral blood samples of 7 patients with SARS,27 individuals infected with HIV,5 acte patients with mumps,7 with meales and 20 healthy donors by cytometer.Results CD3,CD4,CD8 absolute counts in SARS were significantly lower than actue patients with mumps and measles,or healthy donors;but the rate of CD4/CD8 was significantly highter than two diseases controls.The percents of CD3+CD4+CD8+in SARS was abnormal increase.Conclusion The levels of T-lymphocytes in SARS were lower. |
