奈西雅预防化疗呕吐有效性的Meta分析

摘    要:目的评价奈西雅预防化疗呕吐的临床效果。方法采用电子数据库PubMed、Spring、Ovid,中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、Google搜索引擎,检索词包括“奈西雅/雷莫司琼”,“胃肠道反应/副作用/紊乱”,“化疗”;“nasea/ramosctron”,“gastrointestinal reaction/side effects/disturbance”,“chemotherapy”,搜索试验组为奈西雅(盐酸雷莫司琼),对照组为格拉司琼或昂丹司琼等预防化疗引起胃肠道反应的随机对照试验和临床对照试验。提取的数据采用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入文献21篇共1965例,其中各研究具有同质性(X^2=24.54,P〉0.05),可以进行合并分析,采用固定效应模型分析,结果显示24h内奈西雅组对化疗药物呕吐的有效率高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论奈西雅预防化疗药物呕吐的有效率优于其他止吐药物,受纳入文献数量和质量的限制,本次Meta分析结果尚有待于高质量的大样本随机对照试验予以证实。

Abstract:Objective To assesse the clinical effect of nasea in prevention of vomiting induced by chemotherapy. Methods Using database included PubMed, Spring, Ovid, CBM," nasea/ramosetron" , the control group was " granisetron" or " ondansetron" etc. in prevention of gastrointestinal reaction induced by chemotherophy. Software RevMan 4. 2 was used to assess control trials. Results Twenty - one papers were included, the total of cases were 1 965. All of the studies had homoge-neity (x~2 = 24. 54, P > 0. 05 ). So the study could be analyzed merged, which used the fixed - effect model. The result showed the effective rate of vomiting during the first 24 hours in nasea group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Nasea is superior to other antiemetic in controlling of vomiting induced by chemotherapy. Further evalua-tions in adequately powered large RCTs are needed to confirm these findings.
