慢性阻塞性肺疾病并低钠血症32例临床分析

目的　探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期发生低钠血症的病因、临床表现及防治措施。方法　对32例COPD合并低钠血症进行回顾性分析。结果　COPD急性发作期合并低钠血症时,常与呼衰、心衰、电解质紊乱、肝肾功能不全等同时存在,使病情复杂、加重,治疗棘手。结论　COPD急性发作期患者应定期检测电解质,在综合治疗的基础上,注意肺疾病合并低钠血症的发生并给予及时处理,以降低死亡率。

Clinical analysis of 32 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with hyponatremia

Objective To discuss the etiology,clinical manifestation and prophylactico-therapeutic measures of hyponatremia during acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 32 COPD patients complicated by hyponatremia.Results The hyponatremia in acute stage of COPD patients usually occurrs as a complication which usually accompanied with respiratory, cardiac and renal insufficiency,and disturbance of electrolyte metabolism.And these complications make this disease complex and difficult to cure.Conclusion It is necessary to test serum electrolyte regularly and treat hyponatremia timely in treatment of COPD patients ,so as to reduce the case-fatality rate of this disease.
