氟伐他汀对脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的探讨氟伐他汀对脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取2011年1~12月我院收治的脑梗死患者109例,随机分为对照组(54例)和研究组(55例),对照组给予脑梗死常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予氟伐他汀40 mg,每晚1次,口服,连用6个月为1个疗程。分别于治疗前、后行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,检测颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,并计算斑块数目的变化;采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清中hs-CRP水平。结果治疗6个月后研究组颈动脉IMT较治疗前明显降低,不稳定斑块数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后研究组hs-CRP浓度较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论氟伐他汀能降低颈动脉IMT和减少粥样硬化斑块的数目,具有稳定斑块的作用,能够降低患者的hs-CRP水平,在脑梗死的治疗及预防中具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Fluvastatin on carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 109 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(54 cases) and the study group(55 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment of cerebral infarction.Based on this treatment,40 mg Fluvastatin was added to each patient of the study group every night for six months in one course of treatment.Respectively,the examination of carotid color Doppler ultrasound was used to test the carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT),the carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques and the patch number change before and after the treatment.Meanwhile,the serum high sensitivity CRP levels were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer.Results After 6 months of treatment,both the carotid IMT and the number of the unstable plaqu of the patients in the study group were significantly decreased(P 0.05).Compared to the control group,hs-CRP concentration of the study group reduced markedly(P 0.05).Conclusion Fluvastatin can reduce the thickness of carotid IMT,the number of atherosclerotic plaque and the patient's serum high sensitivity CRP levels,and this reagent also has the effect of plaque stability.Altogether Fluvastatin plays a significant role in the treatment and prevention of cerebral infarction.
