盐酸洛美沙星中空栓剂治疗细菌性阴道病68例

目的：观察盐酸洛美沙星中空栓剂对细菌性阴道病(BV)的临床疗效.方法：将102例BV患者随机分成两组：对照组34例,每日1枚甲硝唑栓剂(0.3 g)；治疗组68例,每日1枚盐酸洛美沙星中空栓剂(0.3 g),并于疗程第3,4,5,7天考察治疗效果.结果：治疗组治愈68例,治愈率100.0%,平均疗程3.4 d；对照组治愈30例,未愈4例,治愈率88.2%,平均疗程6.7 d.两组治愈率比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05),平均疗程差异有极显著性(P＜0.01).结论：盐酸洛美沙星中空栓剂治疗细菌性阴道病效果显著.

Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis with Hollow Pessary of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride

Objective:To survey the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of hollow pessaries (HP) of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods:102 patients with BV were randomly divided into two groups. Patients of the control group( n =34) were given each daily one pessary of tinidazole (0.3 g), while those of the treatment group( n =68) were given each daily one HP of lomefloxacin hydrochloride(0.3 g). The therapeutic effectiveness was kept under observation on the 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th and 7 th days of treatment. Results:The total cure rates were 100% (68/68) in the treatment group and 88.2%(30/34) in the control group, respectively( P <0.05). The average time of medication necessitated by patients of the treatment group(3.4 d)was significantly shorter than that of the control group(6.7 d)( P <0.01). Conclusion:HP of lomefloxacin hydrochloride was found to have a good effect in the treatment of BV.
