| 摘 要： | 目的观察佐匹克隆治疗失眠症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将77例失眠症患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组39例。分别口服佐匹克隆和氟硝西泮治疗．疗程8周。采用睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）和治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）于治疗前后评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果两组SRSS评分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01），两组均疗效显著，但两组间比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。观察组TESS均分明显低于时照组（P〈0．05）。结论佐匹克隆是治疗失眠症安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of zopiclone in treatment of patients with insomnia. Methods 77 patients with insomnia were divided randomly into observation group and control group, taking zopiclone and clonazepam respectively for 8 weeks. Self-rating scale of sleep（SRSS） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results The score of SRSS of both groups significantly dropped after treatment （P〈0.01）, both groups had obvious effect on insomnia, but showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The mean score of TESS of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zopiclone is an effective and safe drug forinsomnia. |
