乳腺增生及乳腺癌患者c-erbB-2的表达及意义

目的 通过检测c-erbB-2蛋白在乳腺增生病和乳腺癌中的表达,研究乳腺增生病与乳腺癌的关系,探讨c-erbB-2与乳腺癌临床病理参数的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法对108例不同增生程度的乳腺增生病与36例乳腺癌组织中c-erbB-2蛋白表达进行检测。结果 导管上皮不典型增生组和乳腺癌组c-erbB-2表达均高于轻度和中重度增生组(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织c-erbB-2表达水平与肿瘤病理分级、转移、术后生存期有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 导管上皮不典型增生与乳腺癌的关系密切。乳腺癌中c-erbB-2阳性反应程度与临床病理参数密切相关,可能对判定预后具有重要意义。

Expression Significance of C-erbB-2 Gene in Proliferation of Breast and Breast Carcinoma

Objective Through testing the positive expression of c-erbB-2 in breast carcinoma and proliferation of the breast, to study the relationship between proliferation of the breast and breast carcinoma and to analyze the correlation between c-erbB-2 and clinic pathological parameters in breast carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the c-erbB-2 gene expressions in 108 cases of various degree of proliferation of the breast and 36 cases of breast carcinoma. Results The positive expression of c-erbB-2 in atypical hyperplasia tissue and breast carcinoma tissue was higher than that in mild hyperplasia tissue and moderate, severe hyperplasia tissue (P < 0.05). C-erB-2 expression in breast carcinoma was related to the tumor grade,metastasis and survival period (P < 0.05) . Conclusion Atypical hyperplasia is related to breast carcinoma.The degree of the positive reaction of c-erbB-2 in breast carcinoma is highly correlation with clinic pathological parameters. C-erbB-2 may play an important role in predicting prognosis.
