左氧氟沙星序贯治疗社区获得性肺炎

目的：观察左氧氟沙星序贯治疗社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的安全性和临床疗效。方法：56例CAP患者随机分为左氧氟沙星治疗组和头孢曲松联用阿奇霉素治疗组，观察两组患者的临床疗效、细菌清除率和不良反应。结果：左氧氟沙星治疗组和头孢曲松联用阿奇霉素治疗组的总有效率分别为92．8％和89．2％，细菌总清除率分别为88．2％和87．5％，不良反应发生率分别为3．57％和3．57％，两者比较差异元统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：左氧氟沙星序贯治疗CAP安全，有效，方便。

Sequential levofloxacin administration in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia

Objective To survey the safety and clinical therapeutic effectiveness of sequential levofloxacin administration in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Method 56 cases of CAP were randomly divided into 2 equal groups:levofloxcin alone and ceftriaxone plus azithromycin,and the efficacy,the eradication rates of pathogens and the rates of side effects were observed.Results The overall effective rates,in levofloxacin group and ceftriaxone plus azithromycin group were 92.8% and 89.2%,respectively(P> 0.05),the eradication rates of pathogens were 88.2% and 87.5%,respectively(P>0.05),the rates of side effects were 3.57% amd 3.57 %,respectively(P> 0.05),and there was no siynificant difference between two groups.Conclusion The sequential levofloxacin medication is safe,effective and handy in the treatment of patients with community acquired pneumonia.
