| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食道癌患者行金属内支架治疗术前、术中存在的与手术操作无关的医疗风险及其处理方法。方法回顾分析139例食道癌患者行金属内支架置入术的资料,总结与支架置入操作无关的非手术风险及其特点。结果 53例支架置入术时机推迟导致病变加重、体质恶化并增加手术难度和并发症风险;1例食道癌放疗后出现狭窄并食道-气管瘘患者入院当晚大出血死亡;1例患者不信任支架安全性引发非医疗性纠纷;1例食道癌放疗后食道-气管瘘患者术中因剧烈咳嗽时不慎跌落下检查床。结论食道支架置入术操作相对简便,重视术前、术中存在非手术操作的风险有助于该技术的推广应用。
