| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微小切口皮下搔刮法根治腋臭的疗效。方法沿腋窝皮纹作长0.5cm小切口,于皮下2mm钝性分离后,以腋臭搔刮器搔刮去除皮下的汗腺、毛囊、大汗腺,冲洗搔刮后形成的腔穴,彻底止血后缝合切口,加压包扎。结果 46例术后异味完全消除,皮肤无缺血坏死,术后无明显瘢痕。结论微小切口皮下搔刮法是根治腋臭的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an effective method radical treatment of osmidrosis by mini-incision and scraping tissues the dermis.MethodsOne incision with a length of 0.5 cm was excided in the skin fold of axillary,and the skin was bluntly dissected 2 mm under the dermis.All the apocrine glands,sweat glands and hair-follicle of the skin were scraped by invasive scraping implement.After the skin was irrigated and the hemorrhage arrested,the incision was sutured and dressed with pressure.ResultsThe peculiar smells we... |
