| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道彩超对卵巢黄体出血的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析35例术后病理确诊黄体出血患者的超声图像特点与随访结果,并对结果进行分析。结果黄体出血根据其声像特点黄体出血分为两种类型：血肿型（20例）和包块型（15例）。术前超声准确诊断了27例,符合率77.1%（27/35）;4例误诊为宫外妊娠,3例误诊为阑尾炎性包块,1例误诊为巧克力囊肿。结论经阴道彩超对卵巢黄体出血的诊断是一种可靠的诊断方法,具有重要的临床价值。
