| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿道成形手术围手术期的护理问题及对策。方法回顾分析收治的因尿道下裂、尿道狭窄行尿道成形手术的297例患者,其中尿道端端吻合146例,尿道下裂成形术34例,其他自体材料替代成形117例,总结围手术期护理对策。结果伤口感染发生率为1%-2%,尿道狭窄患者无漏尿,尿道下裂漏尿〈5%;尿道狭窄及尿道下裂患者手术成功率均在90%-95%。结论做好围手术期会阴部皮肤护理,可以有效减少尿道成形术并发症的发生,为手术成功起到积极作用。
