PBL教学法在心血管内科实习生教学查房中的应用研究

摘    要:为了探讨PBL教学法在心血管内科实习生教学查房中的作用,将在心血管内科实习的163名实习生分成实验组和对照组,分别采用PBL教学法、传统教学法进行教学查房,实习结束时进行理论考试、书写住院病历和教学满意度调查。结果与对照组相比,实验组理论考试成绩、住院病历的书写质量和教学满意度明显增高(P<0.01)。说明在心血管内科实习生教学查房中,采用PBL教学法更能提高教学效果。
