| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下肢动脉步进数字减影血管造影（DSA）较常规分段DSA的优势。方法采用Seldinger技术经皮股动脉插管,对41例下肢病变患者分别行下肢动脉步进DSA16例和常规DSA25例后,对造影图像效果、造影剂的用量、患者所受X线照射剂量进行评价。结果 41例患者下肢动脉均获成功,造影图像质量优12例、良29例。下肢步进DSA具有完整的整体观、造影剂少、术中血管痉挛少、X线剂量低的特点。结论下肢步进DSA在临床应用中较传统分段DSA在图像整体观、减少手术风险方面有明显的优势。
