| 摘 要： | 目的了解mecA、femB多重聚合酶链反应（PCR）法对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）的检出效率。方法对临床分离的71株非重复的金黄色葡萄球菌,采用多重PCR进行检测。结果 mecA、femB多重聚合酶链反应对MRSA的检测的特异性为100%,敏感性为97.87%。结论 mecA、femB多重PCR法可以对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的甲氧西林耐药作出判断,是一种高效、敏感、特异性高的检测技术。
