| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-16、IL-18在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用价值。方法采用固相酶联免疫分析法检测69例过敏性紫癜患儿血清IL-16、IL-18水平。结果过敏性紫癜急性期患儿血清IL-16、IL-18较健康对照组明显升高（P〈0.01）,而过敏性紫癜缓解期患儿与健康对照组间无显著差异（P〉0.05）,过敏性紫癜患儿IL-16与IL-18呈正相关。结论 IL-16、IL-18可能参与过敏性紫癜血管炎的发病,IL-16、IL-18的检测与过敏性紫癜病情发展有一定关系。
