| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染在缺铁性贫血（IDA）治疗中的临床价值。方法将伴有HP阳性慢性胃炎的IDA患者116例随机分成A、B两组,A组给予铁剂联合HP根除治疗;B组仅予补铁治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后红蛋白（Hb）、血清铁（SI）、血清铁蛋白（SF）等血液学指标的变化。结果 A组的治疗效果明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论抗HP加铁剂是治疗HP感染相关性IDA的有效方法,具有重要临床价值。
