甲状腺腺瘤的超声分型与病理类型的相关性探讨

目的探讨甲状腺腺瘤的超声分型与病理类型的相关性,提高超声诊断的定性符合率。方法应用高频超声对118例经术前超声检查及分型的甲状腺肿瘤与术后病理证实的结果进行对比分析。结果 118例患者均经过手术后病理检查证实,超声诊断符合率74.28%-84.61%。结论甲状腺腺瘤的病理组织结构是产生声象图表现的基础,不同的超声特征有不同的病理改变,超声分型与病理类型之间既有相关一致性,又有重叠复杂性。

The correlation of ultrasonographic classification and pathological types for the thyroid adenoma

Objective To explore the correlation between ultrasonic classification and pathological classification of thyroid adenoma and improve the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound.Methods118 cases of thyroid adenoma were diagnosised with ultrasonic and compared with the pathological diagnosis.ResultsAll of these 118 patients were confirmed by pathological examination,and ultrasound diagnosis was about 74.28～84.61%.ConclusionThe pathological thyroid adenoma is to produce sound as the basis for the performance graph,different features have different ultrasound pathology,ultrasound and pathological classification of the existing correlation between the type of consistency.
