内镜下食管静脉套扎术患者的临床观察及护理

目的:探讨内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的护理措施.方法:回顾性分析我院2010年5月～2011年11月收治的38例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者的临床资料,总结实施内镜下食管静脉套扎术的临床护理方法.结果:38例患者36例套扎止血成功,成功率为94.7％,随访1～3个月,未有近期出血;1例术后进食时套扎圈脱落引起再出血,再次急诊行套扎术后止血成功;1例术后翻身时诱发大出血死亡.结论:护理干预可以有效提高内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的成功率,降低急性消化道出血的死亡率.

Endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation in patients with the clinical observation and nursing of esophageal varices

Objective:To evaluate the effect of endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation nursing measures.Methods :A retrospective analysis of 2010 May to 2011 November,38 cases of esophageal variceal bleeding in patients with clinical data,summarize the application of endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation method of clinical nursing care.Results:38 cases of patients with 36 cases of ligation of hemostasis success,a success rate of 94.7%,followed up for 1～3 months,no recent hemorrhage;1 cases of postoperative eating when the ligation ring off cause re-bleeding again,emergency ligation after successful hemostasis;1 cases of postoperative bleeding after induced death.Conclusions: Nursing intervention can effectively improve the endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation success rate,reduce the mortality in acute hemorrhage of digestive tract.
