广州荔湾区2007年健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测分析

目的了解荔湾区健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为制定免疫策略和评价免疫效果提供依据。方法2007年在荔湾区随机抽取部分健康人员检测血清麻疹抗体水平。结果共抽取420人,荔湾区健康人群麻疹抗体总阳性率为68.1%,保护率为60%,平均几何滴度为1:216,年龄组间麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率、GMT经统计学检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率、经统计学检验,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论我区健康人群麻疹抗体水平处于较低水平,近几年麻疹发病呈现上升趁势,建议及时并扩大范围接种麻疹疫苗,提高接种率,保证较高保护率,形成有效的免疫屏障,才能有效地控制麻疹。
