复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对空气消毒效果的试验观察

摘    要:目的探讨复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对空气中细菌的消毒效果。方法用金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538和枯草杆菌黑色变种ATCC9372按浓度1×108cfu/m3对气雾室(16m3)染菌5min,分设试验组和对照组。用含2000mg/L复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢试验组喷药10ml,金黄色葡萄球菌试验组喷药2ml。采样后通过消毒实验计算各组杀灭率。结果金黄色葡萄球菌试验组复方次氯酸钠消毒剂2、5、7、10min的杀灭率分别为99.98%、99.99%、99.99%和100.00%。枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢试验组复方次氯酸钠消毒剂15、30、60、90min的杀灭率分别为88.45%、97.22%、99.98%、99.95%。结论结果显示复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对空气中微生物有良好的杀灭效果,具有较好的应用前景。

Experimental observation on the efficacy of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in killing aerial bacteria

Abstract:Objective To discuss the disinfecting efficacy of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in killing the air bacteria. Methods Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger ATCC9372 were dispersed in the fog chest at the concentration of 1× 108cfu/m^3 for 5min, which were respectively divided into the control and experimental groups. During the experimental process 2000mg/L compound sodium hypchlorite disinfectant, which was applied to the experimental group Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 and spores of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger ATCC9372, were respectively 2ml and 10ml. After collecting sample the bacterial eliminating rate is calculated according the experimental data. Results The results show the compound sodium hypchlofite disinfectant eliminate bacterial rate is 9.98%, 99.99%, 99. 99% and 100. 00% after 2, 5, 7, 10min in the Staphylococcus anreus ATCC6538 group, and when the disinfectant is used to Bacillus subtilis var. niger ATCC9372 group, the results indicate the eliminating rate is 88.45%, 97.22%, 99.98%, 99. 95% after 15, 30, 60, 90 min Conclusion The compound sodium hypochlorite is the better aerial disinfectant and it would be more active foreground.
