小榄镇流动儿童监护人预防接种知识、态度和行为调查

目的了解流动儿童监护人对预防接种知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,探索适应于我镇流动儿童计划免疫管理模式。方法全镇随机抽取,调查问卷形式,了解流动儿童家长对计划免疫知识知晓情况。结果79.94%的监护人知道孩子在出生时要接种疫苗;70.21%的儿童监护人能主动带孩子去接种疫苗;父母亲知道要接种疫苗的比例远大于祖父母和其它监护人,是否知道要接种疫苗与监护人的文化程度显著相关;47.42%的儿童监护人知道孩子出生时要办理预防接种证;51.06%的儿童监护人知道在预防接种时要提供儿童的身体健康情况。结论儿童监护人对预防接种重要性理解不够,自主接种意识薄弱,需提高公众特别是流动儿童监护人对免疫规划服务的主动需求。
