| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘦素与非酒精性脂肪肝的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析试剂盒测定非酒精性脂肪肝组和对照组的瘦素进行比较,并分析与其他常规指标的相关性。结果非酒精性脂肪肝组的血清瘦素显著搞于对照组(3.6±1.8)和(3.0±2.0)μg/ml,P<0.05],但与疾病严重程度无关。结论非酒精性脂肪肝的发生可能与瘦素抵抗有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate serum leptin in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods The content of serum leptin was detected by using radio immunoassay(RIA)kits.Results The content of serum leptin was significantly higher in patients with NAFLD than in controls(3.6±1.8)vs(3.0±2.0)μg/ml,P<0.01],but there was no correlation between the content of serum leptin with the severity of NAFLD.Conclusion Abnormal content of serum leptin may connect to the pathogenesis of NAFLD. |
