枳术丸口服给药后血中移行成分分析及其定量研究

摘    要:目的:确认枳术丸中有效成分并建立其含量测定方法。方法:应用血清药物化学的方法,对口服枳术丸后血清中移行成分进行分析,并对主要血清中成分在相应的最大吸收波长进行含量测定。结果:口服给药后,大鼠血清中检测到13个化合物,其中6个为枳术丸中原型成分,7个为代谢产物;并建立了枳术丸中入血成分柚皮苷、橙皮苷的含量测定方法,其二个成分的加样回收率分别为101.13%、98.56%。结论:柚皮苷、橙皮苷及新橙皮苷等为枳术丸主要体内直接作用物质,所建立枳术丸中有效成 分测定方法能够全面、准确地控制枳术丸的内在质量。

Abstract:The aim of this analysis is to determine the active compounds of Zhizhu Pills in vivo, and establish an approach to measure the contents using HPLC. Serum pharmacochemistry and RP - HPLC were used to measure the concentration of two main constituents in the oral pills, at a wavelength of 283nm. 13 compounds were detected in the rat blood, after an oral administration of Zhizhu Pills. 6 of them were original in form, and 7 others were metabolites. An approach was created to measure Hesperidin and Naringin, with a respective recovery of 101.13% and 98.56%. It is concluded that Hesperidin, Neohesperidin and Naringin are the main elements that have a direct effect. The established approach is able to stage a comprehensive and accurate quantitative analysis of Zhizhu Pills.
