38例肺结核继发肺部真菌感染的护理

目的探讨肺结核继发肺部真菌感染的护理方法. 方法对38例住院肺结核继发肺部真菌感染患者,在治疗原发病基础上应用抗真菌药物,均为全身性用药,同时加强呼吸道护理,配合营养支持疗法及用药的护理,观察治疗护理效果. 结果 38例患者中31例临床症状体征明显好转,19例复查均无真菌感染. 结论开展空气净化,改善呼吸道的护理,及时观察用药效果及副作用,减少其他部位真菌感染的发生.

Tuberculosis Complicated with Fungal Infection on Nursing 38 Patients

OBJECTIVE To explore a new and a good way of nursing tuberculosis(TB) patients infected by fungi. METHODS On the basis of treatment of the original outbreak of TB,we applied anti-fungal drugs to the 38 tuberculosis patients complicated with fungal infection,and strengthened the nursing their respiratory tracts and nourishment therapy.During the hospitalization,we took close look at the results of nursing. RESULTS From clinical observation,31 out of 38 patients had a better recovery;19 examples had no fungi infection when replying to cheek. CONCLUSIONS Air decontamination,improving the nursing respiratory tract,observing the effeciency of drugs and their side effect,as well as reducing the occurrence of fungal infection in other parts of body,all have strong effects on curing the disease.
