面神经观测及带血管神经移植至面神经的实验研究

在41侧标本上,对面神经主干、颞面干、颈面干及在腮腺前缘处的分支的各径线进行了观测,为面神经移植提供参数,对主要面肌的神经支数及入肌点进行观察。另在22只狗上进行单侧带血管耳大神经移植至同侧面神经的实验。术前及术后定期作肌电观察带血管神经移植后神经再生的情况。结果表明:带血管神经移植后3个月,肌电图基本恢复正常,神经移植成功。可望将此方法用于对面瘫的显微外科治疗。

Observation of Facial Nerve and Expermental Study of Grafting vascularised Nerve on Facial Nerve

An observation was made on 41 sides of the specimens,at fa- cial nerve trunk、temple-facetr- unk neck-face trunk,each merid- ian of front edge branching at the parotid,nerve amount of branch in main facial muscles and the Points entering muscules,in or- der to supply parameters for ner- ve grafting on the other hand the experiments were carried out for grafting the single sides with vas- cularsed great auricular nerve on facial nerve of the same sides of 22 dogs bodies and electromyogr- am was regularly done before and after the operation to observe its recovery condition The result sh- owed that EMG generally became normal in three months when the graft was successfully made su- ch method is expected to be used on microscopy Surgery for deal- ing with facial Palsy.
