| 摘 要： | 目的]观察参附注射液对老年心衰的临床疗效和射血分数以及患者预后的影响。方法]给予老年心衰治疗组的30例患者用参附注射液50mL静脉滴注6天，并设对照组30例。观察两组临床疗效及对射血分数的影响，并坚持随访5年。结果]治疗组临床总有效率为93．3％，对照组为60％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗组射血分数增加幅度大于对照组。结论]参附注射液是一种治疗老年心衰的有效药物，可缓解症状，增加射血分数，可减少患者的病死率，改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To observe the influences of Shenfu injection on the clinical therapeutic effect in treating Elderly heart failure patients. Methods] The cases of elderly heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30cases）. The treatment group were treated with 50mL of Shenfu injection through intravenous drip for 6 days. The clinical therapeutic effect and the change of Left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were observed, and some of these cases were followed up for 5 years. Results] The total effective rate was 93.3% in Shenfu injection group and 60% in control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion] Shenfu injection is a kind of effective drug in treating elderly heart failures, It can Alleviate the symptoms, add up the LVEF, maybe also can improve the prognosis. |
