| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究ERK1表达在胃癌发生中的作用。方法 :采用SABC免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 11例正常胃粘膜组织、2 3例胃癌组织、2 6例肠上皮化生及 2 1例不典型增生组织中ERK1的表达及分布。结果 :ERK1的表达在正常胃粘膜、肠上皮化生、不典型增生、胃癌组织中呈逐级递增的趋势 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :ERK1及其介导的信号通路的过度活化可能与胃癌的发生密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK1) in gastrocarcinogenesis.Methods:SABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ERK1 in 23 human gastric cancer(Gca),26 intestinal metaplasia and 21 dysplasia.Results:It presents with progressive tendency for the expression of ERK1 in normal tissues,precarcinomatous tissues and gastric cancer(P<0 01).Conclusion:The over expression of ERK1 may play an important role in gastrocarcinogenesis. |
