雷贝拉唑为主的四联疗法治疗HP阳性消化性溃疡84例体会

[目的]观察四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡临床疗效。[方法]采用雷贝拉唑为主的四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡84例。[结果]服药3天后全部病例上腹疼痛缓解率为100%;返酸、嗳气、腹胀、上腹不适等伴随症状全消失;胃镜复查,48例十二肠球部溃疡全部愈合,26例胃溃疡有25例愈合,10例复合溃疡有9例愈合,愈合率为97.6%;HP根除率均在90%。[结论]雷贝拉唑为主的四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡溃疡愈合迅速,症状消失快。

Quadri-combination Therapy Centering on Rabeprazole Treat Positive Pylorus Spirillum Digestive Ulcer

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of quadri-combination therapy on positive pylorus spirillum digestive ulcer.[Method]Take quadri-combination therapy centering on Rabeprazole to treat positive pylorus spirillum digestive ulcer 84 cases.[Result]After 3 days,all cases were relieved upper stomachache(100%);pantothenic acid,belching,distending abdomen and uncomfortable stomach and other accompanying symptoms disappeared;by gastric-microscope exam,48 cases of duodenum ball ulcer cured completely,25 cured in 26 cases of gastric ulcer,9 in 10 compound ulcer cured,the cure rate was 97.6%;HP clearing rate 90%.[Conclusion]Take quadri-combination therapy centering on Rabeprazole to treat positive pylorus spirillum digestive ulcer with quick cure and removing symptoms.
