| 摘 要： | 目的:调查髋关节置换患者的健康教育需求情况,使健康教育更具针对性和有效性。方法:采用问卷调查方法对38例髋关节置换术患者进行健康教育需求调查,根据结果采取护理对策,观察护理效果。结果:本组病例无深静脉血栓(deep veins thrombus,DVT)发生,术后关节脱位率下降到2.6%,住院天数下降到23.2天。对医院满意度增加到98%。结论:髋关节置换患者的对康复知识需求程度各有不同,护士有针对性地实施健康教育,可有效提高患者的疗效及护理的满意度。
