| 摘 要： | 目的完善补脑丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法鉴别补脑丸中的当归、枸杞子、肉苁蓉、酸枣仁,采用反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）法测定酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷A的含量。结果在薄层色谱中分别检出了当归、枸杞子、肉苁蓉、酸枣仁,斑点清晰,重现性好;酸枣仁皂苷A的进样量线性范围是0.498～24.9μg,r=0.999（n=10）,平均加样回收率为95.47%,RSD=6.35%（n=7）。结论定性定量方法简便、专属、准确,提高了补脑丸的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To perfect the quality standard of Bunao Pills. Methods TLC was used to identify Chinese Angelica,Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, Desertliving Cistanche, Spine Date Seed in Bunao Pills. RPHPLC was used to determine the content of Jujuboside A in Spine Date Seed. Results Chinese Angelica, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, Desertliving Cistanche and Spine Date Seed were found on TLC. The spots were clear. The method showed the good reproducibility. The linear range of Jujuboside A was in the range of 0. 498 - 24. 9μg, r = 0. 999 （ n = 10）. The average recovery rate was 95.47%, RSD =6. 35% （n=7）. Conclusion The method is simple, specific and accurate,which can enhance the control standard of Bunao Pills. |
