| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定联苯双酯软胶囊中联苯双酯的含量，以便更加有效的控制其内在质量。方法采用Waters C18（250mm×4．6mm）为色谱柱；甲醇．水（65：35）为流动相；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长：278nm。结果联苯双酯在8～200mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．03％，RSD=1．65％。结论本法准确、简便、灵敏度高，可用于联苯双酯软胶囊中联苯双酯的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish the determination of bifendate in bifendate soft capsules. Methods The determination of bifendate was carried out by HPLC with waters C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm） column, methanol-water（65：35 ） as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 278 nm, flow rate at 1.0 ml · min^-1. Results The method showed a good linear relationship （ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99.03%, RSD = 1.65%. Conclution The method is accurate, simple, specific, and can be used for quality control of bifendate soft capsules. |
