复发性尖锐湿疣诱发因素的探讨

目的：探讨尖锐湿疣（CA）反复发作的诱因，以便更有效地防治复发性，难治性CA。方法：对65例复发性尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：65例患者中的48例（73．9％）伴有系统或局部疾病，在治疗CA同时积极治疗并存疾病，治愈率达86．2％，显效率12．3％，总有效率98．5％，结论：CA发生，发展和复发与多因素的作用有关，治疗时采取综合方法是取得高治愈率的保障。

STUDIES ON INDUCING FACTIORS OF RECURRENT POINTED CONDYLOMA

Objective: To study the inducing factors of recurrence of pointed condyloma (CA) to prevent and cure effectively recurrent and refractory CA. Methods: Analyzing the clinic data of 65 cases of recurrent CA. Results: Of the 65 cases ,48 with systemic / local diseases received treatments both for CA and complications, their cure rate being 86.2%, effective rate 12.3% and total effective rate 98.5%. Conclusion: Multiple factors play roles in the occurrence, development and recurrence of CA. So combined treatment is the guarantee of a high cure rate.
