某单位职工两年体检结果分析及健康促进策略探讨

目的：分析某单位职工两年体检结果及健康促进策略。方法：选取南通市第五人民医院健康体检中心2012年和2013年各90人体检的相关数据进行分析，提出健康促进策略。结果：男女职工体检异常数量最高的9种为：胆固醇偏低、牙结石、脂肪肝、甘油三酯偏高、肝囊肿、血液流变异常、牙龈炎、尿酸偏高和主动脉硬化；其中，女职工检出较高的疾病还包括子宫肌瘤、乳腺增生、宫颈炎和阴道炎。2012年和2013年两年比较差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）。结论：该单位职工存在较多健康威胁因素，应实施有针对性的健康预防和自我防护，强化职工的健康理念。

Analysis of Two-Year Employees ＇ Physical Examination Results and Study on Health Promotion Strategies of a Company

Objective： To analyze two-year employees＇ physical examination result and study on health promotion strategies of a company. Methods： The research data of 90 workers from 2012 to 2013 in a company in our health examination center were chosen for study and the results were analyzed. The health promotion strategies were put forward. Result： The top nine highest diseases detected of male and female workers in the company were the following： low cholesterol, dental calculus, fatty liver, high triglycerides, liver cyst, blood abnormalities, gingivitis, uric acid and the main artery hardened, among which, the highest diseases detected in female workers included uterine fibroids, breast hyperplasia, cervicitis and vaginitis. There was no statistically significant difference from 2012 to 2013 （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： There are many factors which affect the health of the company＇s workers in the company, so the health pre- vention and self-protection to strengthen the sense of health are particularly important.
