药学监护在芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉中的临床价值

目的：分析药学监护在芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉中的临床价值。方法将120例手术者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。患者均使用芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行局麻或全麻，在此基础上研究组由临床药师进行麻醉监控，观察2组中局麻手术患者的疼痛分级，全麻手术患者睁眼时间和问答切题用时，以及不良反应发生率。结果2组局麻手术患者疼痛同一等级比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。研究组睁眼时间和问答切题时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），研究组不良反应发生率为3．3％低于对照组的13．3％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论药学监护在芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉中效果明显，值得临床推广使用。

The clinical value of pharmaceutical care in anesthesia by fentanyl and propofol

Objective To analysis the clinical value of pharmaceutical care in anesthesia by fentanyl and propofol . Methods 120 cases surgical patients were randomly divided into research group and control group ,each of 60 cases.2 groups were treated by fentanyl and propofol .Research group were given anesthesia monitoring by clinical pharmacist .After treatment, compared the pain rating,eye opening time,pertinent question time,and the incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups.Results There were no statistically significant in the same level of patients in local anesthesia （P〈0.05）.The eye opening time and pertinent question time of research group were shorter than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of research group （3.3%）was lower than that of control group （13.3%）,the differ-ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The pharmaceutical care in fentanyl combined with propofol anes-thesia has an good effect ,worthy of clinical application .
