摘    要:目的:探讨煤矸石发电生产过程中产生的职业病危害情况,为预防和控制职业病的发生提供依据。方法:通过职业卫生学调查,对生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素采用定点采样法连续监测3 d,并对其进行分析。结果:此电厂生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有矽尘、煤尘、噪声等。超标最严重的是除灰渣系统和燃烧系统的矽尘,除灰渣系统和汽轮机系统的噪声。职业病危害防护设施不完全符合国家职业卫生要求。结论:煤矸石发电厂控制的职业病危害因素有矽尘、煤尘、噪声、高温等。保证职业病危害防护设备的正常运转,加强职业卫生管理是此类企业预防控制职业病发生的关键。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the occupational hazards of coal gangue power generated in the production process and provide the basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods:By occupational health survey,point sampling method was used to continuously monitor occupational hazards existing in the production process for three days and analyzed. Results:The main occupational hazards existing in the production process in this plant were mainly silica dust,coal dust,noise and so on. What exceeded the standard most was silica dust in ash removal system and the combustion system and the noise in the system ash and steam turbine systems. Occupational hazard protection facilities did not fully meet with national occupational health requirements. Conclusion:Occupational hazards in coal gangue power plant are silica dust,grime,heat and so on. The key to the prevention of occupational diseases occurrance in this enterprise control is to ensure the normal operation of occupational hazards and protective equipment to strengthen occupational health management.
