优质护理服务在急诊ICU患者中的临床应用及效果评价

目的：探讨优质护理服务在急诊监护病房ICU患者的应用及效果评价。方法：收集2011年6月至2012年5月与实施优质化护理2012年6月至2013年5月急诊ICU病例各60例，分为两组，A组优质护理组60例，B组对照组60例，比较两组患者抢救成功率及护理安全满意度。结果：优质护理服务小组护理总体满意度为98.4%，高于急救ICU对照组95.3%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：优质护理服务提高急救护士的综合急救服务能力，可提高患者对护士护理工作的满意度，促进护患关系和谐发展，降低危重患者不良事件的发生率。

Clinical Application and Evaluation of High Quality of Nursing Service Carried out on Patients of ICU

Objective： To investigate the clinical application and evaluate the effect of the high quality of nursing service carried out on the patients of ICU in order to further improve the quality of nursing. Methods： 120 cases of the patients of ICU were randomly divided into two groups （60 of the observation group from June 2011 to June 2012 and 60 of the control group from June 2012 to May 2013 ） in our hospital. The observation group was carried out the high quality of nursing, compared to the control group. The rate of successful rescue and nursing safety satisfaction were compared respectively. Results： The general satisfaction degree of the high quality of nursing service group was totally 98.4% ;the rate was higher than that of the control group （ ICU group, 95.3% ）. There was a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The high quality of nursing service makes it easier for the ICU nurses to develop the comprehensive emergency service ability, improve the patients＇satisfaction, promote the harmonious relationship between the nurses and the patients to reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with critically ill.
