全口义齿不同基托材料咀嚼效率和舒适度的比较

摘    要:目的:研究不同材料基托全口义齿的咀嚼效率和舒适度有无差别。方法:在控制全口义齿质量的前提下,对25例无牙患者分别制作3种不同基托的全口义齿,试戴1个月后采用称重法测试佩戴不同义齿的咀嚼效率,并用线段法测量其舒适度。结果:3种基托全口义齿咀嚼效率差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),金属基托和金属结合树脂基托舒适性无差别( P>0.05),而舒适度均显著优于树脂基托( P<0.05)。结论:金属结合树脂基托具有金属基托的舒适性,且咀嚼效率较高可为临床使用不同材质基托的全口义齿提供依据。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the difference in chewing efficiency and degree of comfort of various complete denture base material. Methods: On the premise of controling the quality of complete denture, Three kinds of denture base of complete denture were fabricated for 25 patients without any dental diseases. A month later of wearing, the chewing efficiency was tested by weighing method for different complete dentures and the degree of comfort was examined as well by segment method. Results: There was no significant difference in chewing efficiency of three kinds of complete denture base (P 〉 0.05). So was the metal base statistically metal binding resin base (P 〉 0.05). And the degree of comfort was significantly better than the resin base (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Metal binding resin denture base not only has comfort degree of metal base but the higher chewing efficiency so that if is evident to provide the basis for clinical use of different materials of complete denture.
