逐瘀通脉胶囊对短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和血脂的影响

目的:探讨逐瘀通脉胶囊对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和血脂水平的影响。方法:65例有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的TIA患者随机分为2组,观察组口服逐瘀通脉胶囊及阿斯匹林,对照组仅口服阿斯匹林,均为3个月。治疗前后进行颈动脉超声检查,观察颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积;采用全自动生化分析仪检测血脂水平;比较3个月内2组脑血管事件的发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组血清胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯与治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.01);观察组颈动脉IMT变薄、斑块面积减小,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01);观察组脑血管事件的发生率为9.7%,对照组为20.1%,2组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:逐瘀通脉胶囊不仅有调节血脂作用,并能缩小或稳定TIA患者的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块。

Effect of Zhuyu Tongmai capsule on carotid atherosclerotic plaque and blood lipid in patients with transient ischemic attack

Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhuyu Tongmai capsule on carotid atherosclerotic plaque and blood lipid in patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods:Sixty-five patients with TIA were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients were treated with Zhuyu Tongmai capsule and aspirin in observation group and aspirin in control group for 3 months,respectively. The intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery,the area of carotid atherosclerotic plaque,and the level of blood lipid were determined before and after treatment. The incidence rates of cerebrovascular events during the treatment in these 2 groups were compared. Results:After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum cholesterol,triglyceride,and low density lipoprotein significantly decreased after treatment in observation group. Compared with control group,the IMT of carotid artery and the area of carotid atherosclerotic plaque significantly reduced in observation group. No significant difference in the incidence rates of cerebrovascular events was found between observation group and control group (9.7% vs. 20.1%). Conclusion:Zhuyu Tongmai capsule can regulate the level of blood lipid and reduce or stabilize the carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
