摘    要:目的 了解护生参与晨会交接班的主动性,为提高临床护理教学质量提供依据.方法 利用自行设计的问卷,对112名护生进行调查.结果 89.3%的护生能做到提前了解第2天的班次和主要职责;93.8%的护生把提前了解自己所护理患者的病情作为学习的常规;95.5%的护生每天提前15min到科室;11.7%的护生自诉不了解交班重点内容;16.2%的护生认为在老师交接班时自己不能重点把握患者的病情;87.4%的护生认为自己在交接班中处于被动角色;89.2%的护生认为与老师一起参加科室的交接班是必要的.结论 临床带教老师应积极改进教学方式,让护生真正参与临床交接班,切实提高其临床观察能力和表达能力.

Abstract:Objective To provide evidence for intervention measures on nursing students toward active shift handover through a survey of main relative risk factors on the nursing students in order to enhance the teaching quality. Methods A self-designed questionnaires were applied to survey 112 nursing students In August 2009. Results The result shown that 89.3% of the nursing students could understand the frequency and the main responsibilities before next day; 93.8% of the nursing students to advance understanding of their care and condition of the patient as a learning routine; 95.5% of the nursing students clock in 15 minutes before time, of which 32.1% of the nursing students in advance to the departnents involved in basic nursing work;11.7% of the nursing students do not understand the change of shifts focus on the content of private prosecution;16.2% of nursing students could not focus on grasping the patient's condition; 87.4% of nursing students considerd themselves in a passive role in the shift handover; 89.2% of nursing students believed that it was necessary to participate in sections of the shift handover together with their teachers. Conclusions Clinical teachers should actively improve their teaching methods to enable genuine participation of nursing students shift handover, and effectively improve the clinical observation and ability to express.
