| 摘 要： | β-谷甾醇对肿瘤的发生发展有防治作用,可抑制肿瘤的发生、发展并诱导肿瘤细胞的分化,对肿瘤细胞的抗增殖活性与激活鞘磷脂循环、细胞周期阻滞、刺激肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗氧化活性和免疫功能的调节等相关,β-谷甾醇可作为有效的化学预防药物治疗肿瘤.

| Abstract: | Beta-sitoeterol have been proposed to offer protection against cancer. Beta-sitosterol could inhibit cancer initiation, progression and induce differentiation. Beta-sitostorol could inhibit tumor growth through stimulating sphingolipid cycle, promoting cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, antioxidant capacity and mod-ulating immune system. Beta-sitosterol could be a potential chemopreventive agent for cancer. |
