| 摘 要： | 循证医学、个体化、标准化是21世纪肿瘤临床治疗的三大共识.肿瘤治疗的模式由经验性指导治疗逐渐走向基因导向的个体化治疗.近年来,肿瘤个体化治疗研究领域进展较快,尤其在预测预后的分子谱研究、靶向药物疗效分子标记物的筛选等方面.
