| 摘 要： | Objective To explore the value,safty and feasibility of laparoscopic thyroidectomy via anterior chest wall approach with no gas.Methods All cases were performed local or subtotal laparoscopic thy midectomy with hook electrode via anterior chest wall approach.Results A total of 82 cases were performed subtotal or total laparoscopic thyroidectomy with hook electrode via anterior chest wall approach successfully.The average operating time was(1.80±0.41)h and staying at hospital 2 d after post-operation averagely.Conclusion Laparoscopie thyroidectomy via anterior chest wall approach with hook electrode,no gas is a safe,leasible approach.
